Cuyahoga County jury finds father not guilty of murder in infant son’s death

Deondre Hairston Sr., 24, was found not guilty on all counts except tampering with evidence in connection with his infant son's death by head injury. The verdict came after Hairston withdrew an earlier guilty plea to involuntary manslaughter.
