Venue operations managing 15 to 40 bookings monthly face persistent coordination challenges when communication scatters across personal email and text threads, leaving critical information isolated from the event record.
Unlike general-purpose systems, Curate links every conversation to the specific event while consolidating proposals, e-signatures, and payment processing through integrated Stripe for complete workflow visibility.
"Most venue management tools solve one piece of the puzzle," O'Neil said, noting the platform provides team-wide visibility that lets setup crews and managers access updates without forwarded emails.
