On 19 March 1966, André Malraux, the author of "La Condition Humaine", then Minister of Cultural Affairs in the government of Michel Debré, inaugurated the Maison de la Culture d'Amiens. La Macu, as it is commonly called, celebrates this year its 60 years of existence. With its head, a brand new director, Romaric Daurier. Its ambition: to share this anniversary with the greatest number of people, and to make this place shine abroad.
