The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has approved recommendations for mass cultural and entertainment events during the yellow air threat level: mandatory access to shelter and inform visitors.
The new rules stipulate that the “yellow” level does not mean the automatic cancellation or termination of a concert, festival or other mass event.
