Cuban Regime Allows Private Businesses to Receive Cash in Foreign Currency and Deposit with the Bank
The regime authorizes private businesses to receive cash in foreign currency and deposit it in bank accounts, according to two resolutions published in Official Gazette No. 76 of 2026.
The new rule eliminates prior permission to open accounts abroad and makes financial transactions more flexible with the outside world
