The topics on the table will range from “Fidel as a revolutionary and statesman” and “Fidel and the world, the humanist and internationalist legacy”, to “the cultural footprint”, “the military strategist”, “Fidel and imperialism”, “unity as a strategy” and “education, science and conscience”. These axes are expected to allow us to assess the contemporary validity of their contributions.
The I International Colloquium “Fidel, legación y futuro”, recently convened and scheduled to be held from 10 to 13 August, will deepen the ideas of the Commander-in-Chief in the present complex times, on the occasion of the centenary of his birth.
