Crookston man granted stayed sentence for inappropriately touching 5-year-old

POLK COUNTY, Minn. — A Crookston man was granted a stayed sentence Tuesday, Nov. 18, for second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Rodrigo Ismael Flores, 30, will serve no prison time as long as he successfully completes seven years of supervised probation.
