Croatia Records 22nd Consecutive Quarter of Economic Growth

Croatia's economic growth slowed to 1.7 percent in the second quarter from 2.2 percent in the first quarter, the weakest pace since the fourth quarter of 2020. Nevertheless, GDP expanded for the 22nd consecutive quarter. Household consumption fell significantly, while exports and imports both started to grow after the decline in the first quarter. At the same time, government consumption growth accelerated to 2 percent.
