Horizon Fire burns near SR-78 in Ramona

RAMONA (FOX 5/KUSI) -- A vegetation fire broke out near State Route 78 in Ramona Friday afternoon. The fire was reported to be burning near the intersection of SR-78 and Horizon View Drive around 12:30 p.m. The fire had burned about three acres within the next half hour, according to Cal Fire.
