By AJ Holliday, CBS 42 PELL CITY, Ala.–A crew worker was struck by lightning Thursday in Pell City. According to Pell City Fire Chief Tim Kurzejeski, a tree removal service was doing work from their truck when one of the operators was struck by lightning. The victim was then taken to UAB Hospital in St. Clair County in critical condition. The incident occurred on 30th Street North in the Mill Village area.
