Israel: Magen David Adom, an ambulance in Dan County, received a report of a child who was unconscious while in a shopping centre in Ramat Gan.
A 13-year-old boy collapsed in a store at the Ayalon Mall in Bnei Brak, and after advanced CPR and electric shocks from a defibrillator by rescue workers and MDA, his pulse and breathing returned and he was taken to Schneider Hospital in full consciousness. A 13-year-old boy suddenly collapsed inside a store, losing consciousness and without a pulse or breathing. Emergency medical personnel called to the scene performed rapid CPR and gave him electric shocks using a defibrillator, until his heart started beating again and he began breathing on his own. He was then taken to the hospital for further treatment (in Israel).
