Changes of draught in the dome and structure of Cox, the group of water and energy that presides the Alicante Enrique Riquelme. The board of directors of the firm has approved the appointment of Patxi Sáez as new CEO in place of Nacho Moreno, who until now held this position.
Nacho Moreno will lead Enrique Riquelme's family office, José Olivé leaves the financial direction and the group plans to divest into non-strategic assets, among them some from Africa Cox wins a concession in Brazil with a reduction of 53.46% and more.
Ignacio Moreno was appointed Sunday advisor to the Group and will lead Riquelme Capital.
The appointment of Sáez and Moreno takes place just before presenting the new strategy of the energy and water group.
