In a performance by about 70 former female observers, those present marched in clothing similar to Matan's on the day of the kidnapping, from the Kidnappers' Square to Begin Gate in Tel Aviv: "We are trying to cry out, in a performance that represents silence. As an observer, I did not abandon the kidnapped, who am I to abandon the kidnapped?"
