A 73-year-old pedestrian was killed in a traffic accident in Vienna-Döbling on Wednesday afternoon. The man was captured by a truck driving into town in the Hofzeile/Silvergasse crossing area and suffered fatal injuries, the police reported. The Viennese professional rescue team and rescue helicopter moved out, but could only detect the death of the man.
