COVENTRY — At approximately 1:38 p.m. on Feb. 22, the Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Nadeau Park Road in Coventry for a report of a possible assault. Upon arrival, troopers identified Jacob Roy, 29, of Coventry as a person of interest. Roy fled the scene in a car, striking a state police cruiser and causing minor damage.
