Court Papers Detail Horrific Conditions in Lusby Elder Abuse Case

LEONARDTOWN, MD — Court documents released Tuesday provide new details in a Calvert County elder abuse case in which a 79-year-old woman was rescued from a home in Lusby where authorities say she had been confined and neglected. Brian Matthew Zurmuhlen, 61, of Lusby, was arrested Monday by Maryland State Police from the Prince Frederick Barrack.
