Couple Sentenced for Baby's Murder in Caborca

The Sonora State Attorney General's Office (FGJES) obtained a 45-year prison sentence against José Eduardo “N” and Michelle Amairani “N” after they were found guilty of the homicide of a newborn baby in the municipality of Caborca. In addition to the prison sentence, the judge imposed a fine of 325,710 pesos, as well as general material damages and 5,428 pesos for moral damages, sanctions applied individually to each of the responsible parties.
