Hualien County Magistrate candidate Wei Chia-hsien went to the Hualien District Prosecutors Office today (28th) to file a complaint, accusing someone of organizing the use of overseas social media accounts to interfere in the Hualien election and manipulate public opinion. He did not rule out the possibility of cross-border foreign forces and called on the prosecutors and investigators to intervene in the investigation.
