MOORHEAD — The Clay County Correctional Facility could soon see an influx of inmates from across state lines. MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Clay County Commission votes unanimously to approve housing Cass County inmates at the Clay County Jail. The move has also been approved by the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
