During Monday’s meeting, Cathlamet Town Council approved a letter of intent for the proposed sale of Waterfront Park property to Wahkiakum District Port No. 1 (Port) for $600,000. The sale of the property, located at 375 2nd Street, would include parcels 3958, 3964, and 3971.
