Wychavon District Council leader Cllr Richard Morris has launched a petition calling on the Government to introduce new legislation to stop historic and listed buildings being left to fall into disrepair through prolonged neglect, citing Droitwich’s own experience with the derelict Raven Hotel as a driving factor.
