COSATU is calling on Parliament to urgently pass the Second Special Appropriation Bill to provide fuel price relief. Parliamentary Coordinator Matthew Parks told Heart FM the Bill would unlock R10-billion for the Central Energy Fund’s Equalisation Fund. Parks says the Fund is designed to cushion South Africans from volatile international fuel prices.
