The Cambria County Coroner’s Office has identified 76-year-old Terrance Cassidy of Altoona as the victim of an accidental drowning at Prince Gallitzin State Park on Tuesday evening. Investigators determined Cassidy suffered a medical episode near the shore of Pickerel Pond, fell into the water, and drowned, with heavy rainfall complicating the initial recovery scene.
