NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) - The Allen County Coroner has identified an 87-year-old woman who died Tuesday after a crash with a semitrailer in New Haven. The coroner identified the woman as Judith Ann Reddin from New Haven. According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, the woman was driving a car on US 24 and rear-ended a semi that was waiting to turn onto I-469.
