Cooper Commercial closes sale of two-building retail center in Solon
The Cooper Commercial Investment Group brokered the sale of Kruse Commons, a two-building, 100% occupied, all-NNN multi-tenant center in Solon, Ohio. The property is anchored by Panera Bread and Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream. Dan Cooper, President and Broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland represented the seller, an Ohio-based investment group with whom he has completed multiple transactions in the past and who previously purchased the property through Cooper. The buyer was found at full price prior to marketing the asset for sale at $9,300,000, representing a 6.79% CAP Rate. This marks the second time the Cooper Group has sold Kruse Commons within the past 18 months, further demonstrating the Group’s strong relationships within the Midwest investment market and its ability to successfully execute transactions for its clients. The fully occupied, all-NNN structure and established national and regional tenant lineup provide the new investor with a stable, income-producing asset in one of Northeast Ohio’s strongest suburban markets.
