The holder of the 8th Court of Instance of Badajoz has sentenced former socialist councillor Ricardo Cabezas and the exporter of the collective Acho Badajoz, Hernán Álvarez, to pay 7,500 euros each to the former chief of press of the mayor, Javier Gragera, for spreading that he was behind the profile of social networks called Laura Carrasco and ensuring that he used it from a mobile phone of the city council.
