VERACRUZ – Residents of the port of Tuxpan, in northern Veracruz, have reported that construction of an LP gas storage plant continues despite a court order to halt it as a precautionary measure. The protesters presented images and videos to demonstrate that the National Energy Commission and the company Gas de Calidad S.A. de C.V. have disregarded the injunction that ordered the plant's construction to stop.
