The Bruges city council and Club Brugge are negotiating a new lease agreement for the Olympia site in Sint-Andries. Without an agreement, construction of the new stadium cannot begin. Alderman Pieter Marechal (CD&V) says that the dossier will be presented to the city council in October at the earliest.
