Conditional absolution for Gil-Karl Harvey

Gil-Karl Harvey, an ambulance worker from La Malbaie accused of “grandson” fraud against five victims in Quebec City and Baie-Saint-Paul, obtained a conditional discharge during his hearing at the Quebec courthouse.
