Chihuahua, Chih.- Through a press release, César Duarte Jáquez's lawyer, said that former governor Javier Corral Jurado has manipulated information regarding the prisoners of the El Saucito ranch, where the National Water Commission (Conagua) entered to destroy these allegedly illegal water bodies, eight years after this property was secured by the State Attorney General's Office.
