CBA to Repay $68m in Fees to Low-Income Customers

Commonwealth Bank will refund $68 million to low-income concession customers after ASIC found excessive fees; total goodwill payments now $93 million, including $25 million for First Nations customers.

Following a report by ASIC, the Commonwealth Bank says it's repaying $68 million to low-income customers who incurred unusually high banking fees.
