Comelia Walker loses appeal in Canton Primary Election

CANTON, Miss. (WLBT) – Comelia Walker’s fight to overturn a Mayoral Primary Election loss has concluded after the Mississippi Supreme Court affirmed a lower court ruling. The court rejected Walker’s challenge of the Democratic Primary runoff to be elected as the city of Canton’s new mayor.
