KANAWHA COUNTY, WV (WOWK) -- A grand jury indicted a Columbus man accused of shooting a woman in the face in Rand back in March and fleeing the scene. Aweis Abdi, 29, was arrested after a shooting in the 300 block of Davidson Avenue just before 11 p.m. on March 6, the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office said at the time.
