Colombia will have a megacarcel for the country's most dangerous criminals in the style of Salvadoran president Nayib Bukele, a source of an entity attached to the Ministry of Justice told AFP this Tuesday.
Its construction began during the government of former president Iván Duque (2018-2022), but was paralyzed due to lack of funds.
