Colliers closes sale of two self-storage facilities in Wisconsin
Colliers’ Dan Lynch represented Bruno’s Self Storage, LLC in the sale of two Extra Space-managed self-storage facilities in Wisconsin to Inland Real Estate. Together the properties total 175,825 square feet with 1486 units. The transactions include a 93,650 SF facility completed in 2020 with 749 climate-controlled units located at 9001 Wilmot Rd. in Pleasant Prairie, WI, as well as an 82,175 SF property completed in 2019 with 727 climate-controlled units located at 1585 Corporate Center Dr. in West Bend, WI. The Class A institutional quality facilities are situated in the rapidly growing southern Wisconsin submarket and Milwaukee MSA respectively.
