The National Weather Service released a freeze watch at 12:47 p.m. EDT on Thursday valid for Saturday between midnight EDT and 9 a.m. EDT for Shiawassee, Livingston, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe counties.The weather service informs, “Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27 degrees possible.”
