Hong Kong-based crypto exchange CoinEx to cease operations

- Spot trading ends September 29 with non-USDT assets converted to USDT or withdrawn; futures positions settle September 22 using index prices, while withdrawals remain available until December 22 at 02:00 UTC when remaining USDT enters independent custody with a 5% monthly fee.
- CoinEx Wallet and Vault will remain operational as independent services while the exchange maintains full reserve backing exceeding 100%, repurchasing its CET token at 0.005 USDT through September 29.
