Coder presented Agent Relay, a tool that allows to execute the actions of agents in the Cursor cloud within the client's infrastructure, with SpaceXAI as a launching partner. The proposal targets banks, defense agencies and governments, but the European Union's DORA Regulation makes it clear that moving the code and secrets does not eliminate the regulatory relationship with the supplier that retains inference and planning.
