The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopted in the second reading a draft law which provides for the increase of the weight of the programmes in Romanian on television, the support of the indigenous audiovisual producers and the increase of the Moldovan music quota. The new provisions are due to enter into force, in large part, from 1 January 2027.
