Closure of the Europhane and Holophane factories in Les Andelys: “These are the two industrial lungs that are disappearing”

This city of 8,000 inhabitants, in Eure, suffered the closure of the Europhane and Holophane factories in less than a year, as well as the suppression of 300 jobs.
