NOGALES- People who travel to Nogales on the afternoon of October 9th encounter a blockade on the I-19 highway. A car crash caused the lanes to close south just up the exit to Grand Avenue, according to information from the Arizona Department of Transportation. “Car drivers can expect delays and take alternate routes,” advises the state agency and points out that there is no estimated time for the reopening of this road.
