Kentucky officials have a simple message for anyone hitting the road this month: Buckle up or pay up. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s Office of Highway Safety is joining law enforcement around the commonwealth and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the annual “Click It or Ticket” campaign.
