Two people were killed and another wounded in a clash between two families in Tashkan district of Badakhshan province, local Taliban officials said. Ahmad Mutawakel, the Taliban's deputy district governor for Tashkan district, said the incident took place around 4:00 pm on Monday in the village of Khanqah in Tashkan district.
