WEST FARGO — Civic West is hosting an event focused on West Fargo’s growth. According to a release from Civic West, at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, West Fargo Planning Director Aaron Nelson will present about work on the city’s Growth Area Master Plan.
