City rolls out CORE bus to curb homelessness

HONOLULU — A retired city-owned bus with about 1.7 million miles on it will now roll to the assistance of Oahu’s homeless. Once part of TheBus fleet, the aging vehicle will now work as part the city’s Crisis Outreach Response and Engagement, or CORE, program.
