City officials should do more to address marijuana smells, says reader

To the editor: Our city reeks of marijuana. I will be driving down Interstate 44 or 270 or 55, and suddenly get overwhelmed by the smell of a dead skunk. Or, I will go shopping, and I will smell it in the parking lot or inside the store. Or, I will be walking somewhere, such as a neighborhood park, and I will smell it.
