City of Pratt resolves to fund new generators - Tri-County Tribune

At its August 4 regular meeting, the City of Pratt passed an intent resolution to issue bonds to pay for its new power generation project. Kevin Cowan, who works for Gilmore Bell, the public finance law firm that the City of Pratt uses for its bond counsel, had drafted the resolution.
