City of Covington approves $46 million general fund budget

The Covington City Council is expected to set a millage rate in late July or early August to support its fiscal year 2027 general fund budget of $46,446,998. Assistant Finance Director Ashlan Webb said the city begins its budget process early in the year and budgets conservatively.
