As of 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Cotter Fire Chief Lyle Jack initiated a city wide burn ban until further notice. Cotter’s burn ban is added to other Baxter County cities. Currently, Mountain Home, Salesville, Norfork and Flippin are also under burn bans.
