CAMBRIDGE, Md. – The City of Cambridge is reminding residents that large gatherings must by approved by the Commissioners of Cambridge before taking place. The City says they were recently made aware of an unsanctioned pop-up event scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, Apr. 10, in the area of Cosby Avenue.
